Outhebox Diet : Week 2

Meh smbung diary diet ai

Monday (February 20, 2012)
Breakfast : (sahur)>> 3 keping roti cicah kari ayam & peanut butter (hmmm)
Breaking fast: buah2an, nasik cmpur (lauk ikan jenahak msk asam) & apam balik sepotong + air suam
Tengah mlm: mkn setengah batang jagung rebus (hehehe)


Tuesday (February 21, 2012)
Breakfast: mihun goreng + ayam masak rendang & sebungkus Nesvita oat
Aktiviti: berjalan2 melawat rumah kediaman staf
Lunch: Nasik beringin (sikiiit & ayam goreng & acar timun & 3 gelas jasmine green tea
Snack: Mr. Potato (original) << shouldn ate this..huhu~
Dinner : Sup sayur + ayam gelora&jemput2 manis & air suam.


Wednesday (February 22, 2012)
I'm fasting today..hehehe
Sahur: buah anggur 5 biji, sup sayur, ayam gelora seketul & jemput2 manis seketul
Breaking fast: ayam KFC 2 ketul (sponser by officemate) +1 cheese tart saiz kecil + nasik sikit&ayam msk paprik (melantak nih...aduhh..)

Thursday (February 23, 2012)
Fasting again (sempena menggantikan posa melahirkan Damia berpantang time Ramadhan)
So far, ai dh ganti (termasuk hr ni) 12 hari..17 days more to go (huhu~)
So, Sahur: air milo cicah biskut hi-cal jacob (5 keping kecil) + nasik sikit & lauk aym msk paprik
Breaking fast: Nasik lemak 3 sudu (diet mkn nasik lemak???) + ayam gelora & air suam
Supper: mihun hubby bw dr masjid (3 sudu je..) hehe

Friday  (February 24, 2012)
Breakfast: mihun Singapura RU (sgt pedas sbb byk blackpepper) + smbal sotong + 3 gelas Jasmni green tea
Lunch:

Kononnya ai nk diet...
Sebab ai & mr. hasbend plan nk second child this June or July 2012
huhuhuhu..tak lama lg tu..what should ai do?
Now my weight is plus minus 60kg (OMG!!!)
Sangt horror ok..ni selepas melahirkan Damia
Tinggi setakat 151 cm shj (obess ok..) OMG!!!
Now..dgn semangat berkobar2..ai nk DIET!!

So, first week actually is last week..
Baru minggu ni dpt hapdet
It's ok..ai remember apa ai mkn..

Monday (February 13, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji, roti gardenia 2 keping + jasmine green tea (1/4 iter)
Lunch: Nasi sikit & ikan goreng & sayur cmpur + jasmine green tea (1/4 liter)
Snack: kuih (shouldnt ate this..huh~)
Dinner : nasi sesudu & ikan masak asam & sayur + air suam (ate before 7 pm)

Tuesday (February 14, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji, mihun sikit + mee goreng sikit + jasmine green tea
Lunch: mihun sup + jasmine green tea
Snack: Mister Potato (sour cream & onion (shouldnt ate this..huh~)
Dinner : nasi sesudu & lauk + air suam (ate before 7)

Wednesday (February15, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji, mihun goreng+hot dog+fishcake + jasmine green tea
Lunch : mihun sup (oily) + jasmine green tea
Snack: cake?? (shouldn ate this..huhu~
Dinner: nasi sikit + lauk + air suam

Thursday (February 16, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji, roti 2 keping
Meeting: 2 potong ayam goreng (DIET sgt!!) + nasik lemak sikit + jasmine green tea
Lunch : OMG..lunch lain plak..>> nasik ayam (ai mkn ayam je, nasik sikiiit sgt + kuih tart + buah + jasmine green tea
Dinner: ayam (LAGI) gelora + telor dadar & ulam-ulaman + air suam

Friday (February 17, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji + mihun goreng & ayam goreng + jasmine green tea
Lunch : nasi lemak separuh (ewah..) + jasmine green tea
Snack : No snack (berjaya!!)
Dineer: nasi sikit & lauk + air suam


Saturday (February 18, 2012)
Breakfast: tomato cherry 5 biji + roti 2 keping & telor mata + air suam
Luch: nasi putih sikit & kari ayam
Snack : mkn buah2 han (oh yeah)
Dinner: nasi putih & kari ayam + jasmine green tea


Sunday (February 19, 2012)
Breakfast : roti cicah kari ayam + air suam
Lunch : nasi kerabu (wahhh~) & morocco mint green tea
Snack : mkn kuih keria
Dinner : sirloin beef steak & jasmine green tea (Shah Alam)


Wahhh..long list..Hmmmmmmmmmmm..
Diet la sangat kan..dengan mkn nasik lemaknye..ayam gorengnye..
Homaigad! ai just can't resist those foods..so, diet agak kurang berjaya la kot mggu ni~
Menu yg dimakan mcm tak diet je..lets check mggu depan plak
Setelah menimbang berat pada minggu ini, berat adalah SAMA ye..
Aduyai..mungkin lemak2 ku agak degil
Ataupon mungkin sebab tidak bersenam ye..
So, pada minggu hadapan, kita cuba ubah sikit..
berAZAM: tak mo makan malam
Tapi yang bestnye diet mggu ni byk mkn tomato cherry pagi2
Seriously, I buang ayaq besaq agak lawas ye..big thanks to those little things
Just love it..nak continue mkn tomato cherry pagi2 mggu dpan
Tapi hujung mggu ni agak hectic sket..nk cari Klinik utk khitankan Damia
Hmmm..smpai ke sudah tak jumpa klinik yg bersesuaian..
